Skins Rollovers DPi Caddilac Numberplate Transparency issue

Hello everyone. I have made a skin for a league I'm racing in for an upcoming endurance series. We use custom numberplates and all, but the numberplate on this car despite saying "Transparent: Yes" in Content Manager just won't disappear when I make alpha channel black and instead it turns grey. Can someone help me? Here's pictures

You have to remove your numberplates from the skin itself and add it as an extra file to the skin folder. Most leagues do it like that. Not sure about the filename since I don't have that specific car - check the other skin folders.
