the Estonia 20/1600 isn't appearing as a choice in AC for me for some reason but I did a few laps in the regular model and it is a blast! Super easy to drive for a pleb like me.

Not sure, but i think you have to go to the menu for the Estonia car in the AC garage thing, then select the "red" rev counter thing and select 1600

D'oh... thought I looked everywhere for alternate configurations but never found that spot. Thought it would appear as a separate car under the "TARK" brand.

Thank you! The 1600 also feels great to drive. The 5th gear is nice! Lost track of how often I tried to shift to 5th in the regular '20...

@Kek700 played around with the Estonia 20/1600 a while and came up with two quite different setups:
