Haze Racing Design updated RSS Formula Hybrid 20 - Mercedes-AMG Petronas with a new update entry:

V1.1 Fixed

V1.1 has fixed an error with the incorrect T-cam being uploaded with car #44. Small paint tweaks for both cars & rim file. Best to re-download and install over old files.

Thats an issue on your end mate, not a skin problem. Delete the CM-Num.dds out of your skin file and it should remove your numbers

I was almost sure it wasn't a skin problem since in the screen captures you show in the Overview they were not present, but I didn't know how to solve it.
