RSS Formula Hybrid 2021 | 2021_Chassis_C_MAP FIX - Fix for the ultra reflectiveness inherent in the FH2021 Chassis C portion of the model

Note: This is not for everyone and a matter of taste and preference.

This file overrides the default 2021_Chassis_C_Map texture native to the RSS FH2021 model. It is not a modification of someone else's file.
The purpose is to eliminate the reflective surfaces within the inside of the sidepods (on all cars you can see the reflection of the track inside the side pod).
It also reduces the reflectiveness of the underside of the chassis floor.
