Cars RSS Formula Hybrid Evo 2022 problem

Hi! I'm having a problem with wheel covers of RSS Hybrid 2022 Evo X and I don't know how to fix it...

If you see the video, when the car is stopped, the texture is okay (with red stroke)... Then when I accelerate, the texture changes and the livery is gone, without red stroke (or any design on it)... Then when I accelerate again, the position number appears.

And this is how it looks in CM, you can clearly see the texture's gone at some speed.

Any idea? I want the texture to be visible all the time (or blurred but working good).
