Does anyone know if these tracks are all available 100% of them officially that is Kunos and Mods ?

To my knowledge apart from Valencia they are all there. I think dubai and zhuhai were in horrible quality though

What I was thinking was to provide a simple "track pdf" ,
and provide the links to each track within the pdf , so when people download the pack they can gain access to the tracks easily and painless , but obviously we would only provide this to officially created scratch made tracks of decent quality , I know there will be tracks available by other means but would be nothing that RSS could present to the end users

Lol its not the valencia street circuit, its a proper permanent circuit. I've not seen it anyway for AC, and not sure of the quality of most of these either.

I never get much chance to play ingame not recently anyways ,
and when I do get the opportunity sadly its only to test the cars and settings visually , and for this I only use the natural PP and only use official tracks , if you need to know how many blades of grass there are at Spa give me a shout

as far as tracks go :

from kunos you only have Monza, the rest have diferent layouts
Barcelona moto is 2003 layout, not 2004 but close.
The rest are shitty or not the same layout, only donington park is good
