Place the files from the 2k or 4k version into here:
assettocorsa/content/cars/ks_ruf_yellowbird/skins

Note that you will need the dreampack#1 DLC for the Ruf Yellowbird.
2K is the standard for the game, but use the 4K if you have a decent GPU. they look better, if you care about that sort of thing.
