DiRT Rally 2.0 Running Fanaled on G27 & Dirt Telemetry Tool - Cortextual's Version at the same time?

Is it possible to run both of these apps at the same time? If I run Fanaled, it changes the port to 30500 while I need it to be 10001 to run the telemetry tool.
