Ryan Reynolds and RedBird invest in Alpine F1

If you are a fan and you have money then investing in a team is a good idea. And Alpine are are verry powerfull team and can challenge the big 3 (Red Bull, Mercedes, Ferrari) in the not to distant future.

have money
Capital (infrastructure) cost cap is a thing,
with at least Alpine and Williams advocating for changes.
Aston got improvements locked in before that deadline.
In 2026, Aston, Ferrari, Merc, RB, Sauber and Alpine will have engine suppliers
focused on synergy with those teams' car designs, then 4 customer teams making do.
Some non-trivial implicit additional costs accrue for customer teams reverse engineering their designs for compatibility with engines optimized to others.

While a cost cap for supplied engines is being negotiated,
is there any concept of capital development/infrastructure cost control on engine suppliers?
