S397 and ISI mods - Any place where I can download the RFCMPs without using Steam Workshop?

Hi everyone,

Like many other users, I don't like using Steam Workshop for rF2 mods. I've had a league race ruined because Steam suddenly decided to download updates for my rF2 mods (even though I had downloads disabled during gameplay :cautious:) but anyway, as a result, I prefer to control how my content is managed.

I noticed that there are a bunch of ISI/S397 mods in the workshop but I can't find them elsewhere on the net so I was wondering if anyone knows of any repositories that may have these official mods, ideally from S397 themselves? Thanks

To manually download items without subscribing. You can use the “steamcmd” tool.

Command line will look like this:
\steamcmd\steamcmd.exe +login USERNAME PASSWORD+workshop_download_item 365960 922034184 +quit

922934184 is the workshop ID number. You can find it in the items URL: example: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1418930055
