It's strange. I will try to look at them on another track. This screenshot was made at Imola from Reiza dlc, external view.
I have only your skins and some for merc gt3. Merc skins are fine on this track.

I have chequed the MAS files and in both cases the window files are included. If they don´t work for you, I will upload them again.
