I would at least recommend a reinstall, as it may help to resolve the issue. I don't really want to spend the start of every event trying to sort out issues as this makes it difficult for me to focus on the event itself. That is not to say I am not happy to help, but anything that you can do in the meantime that could help to solve the problem will make things a bit easier.

I have found it somewhere in some folder but i dont know if i can extract it from folder copy paste for example and then try to install it. But i will sort out something by 10th next month. Thanks

Just delete the file then perform a integrity check trough steam on RFactor and it will redownload the stuff and should work.
I had severals issues also with RF2 and deleting and doing integrity check did work like a charm
