Skins for the 2019 season of the Australian Porsche Carrera Cup. I had planned on doing 21 skins but at this stage have only completed 17 cars (16 with one placeholder for the Cameron Hill car the livery is very complex and I will tackle it later) also I have included a talent file that seems to work ok. I have not done the new UI icons yet and won't until S397 release a stable build I am over doing things twice and three times due to code changes

I will most likely add the remaining...
