It is possible to mod 3D models in 3DS Max ! But I'm not that good to do it myself, sadly.

Edit: gonna try to add the livery of Lotus to this model too. Which will be also pretty damn close to the real one !

Sorry i dont keep them, no need that... But its very simple to gelete only your "new" cars from f1 2011/cars folder and just to make a repair from the game disc menu...
