Satsuma GT Dashboard - Add some Satsuma GT badging to the dials.

Adds some Satsuma GT badging to the dials, as well as a few other tweaks.

To install use Unity Asset Explorer to replace dashboard_gauges.tex.dds in sharedassets1, and rpm_gauge.tex.dds in sharedassets2
