you use a h-shifter? you only go at the menu and put h-shifter

it also might be a buggered gear linkage, check ALL the gearbox related parts. failing that use msceditor to debug the car. I once had an error with tyres that i just fitted having a wear value of 0. sometimes the game doesn't reset variables

dug through it in MSCEDITOR. you may have missed your flywheel. apparently it is attached but not bolted. also your brakelining is stuck which isn't something that can happen (it doesnt have a variable for it being stuck. however msceditor and by extension the game is reading a corrupted string as the part being stuck)
also you need to check your gearbox over, thebolts arent fully tightened (may be missing a few)

I tried his game and I only needed to screw one thing and he was gone. but if he uses h- shifter he must change the settings in the menu

Check all of your bolts & also make sure that your clutch fluid is topped off. speaking of clutches, make sure all the bolts for the fluid lines are tightened fully, otherwise you may have a leak
