Satsuma totally refusing to turn over.

So, I built and wired up everything. I made sure all the parts are screwed in. I even got her a check at Fleetari. But the Satsuma refuses to give me any electricity. She won't turn over, she won't light up any bulbs, nothing. She's completely dead. The battery is new. I disassembled and rebuilt the engine, still nothing
