Satsuma wheels spinning and car don´t move, I need help - If you don´t high rev the car it does not move and if you do it the car start to spin the wheels

The Satsuma and the Ferndanle doesn´t move, i don´t know if it is because the last update or something, but about the 13 of december the car worked perfectly.
I uninstall and install the game, try it without mods.... I don´t know what to do
