Microwaveoven himself said the mod was public domain because he's too lazy to update it. In his mod's description, so if anything the people that say it's stolen cannot read.

that happened to flat0ut and thats why he took down his mods. people need to read the instructions carefully or just politely ask how to download the mods than just report them because they dont know how to install it
