Sauber 2018 demo livery inspired skin - a small repaint

Sauber got Alfa Romeo as partner so they did a small even at which they unveiled demo livery of their car (also driver lineup), here is 2016 sauber with 2018 demo colours (I know it is not most accurate, blame UV for that)
