Misc sBase Weather mod 0.5.2

smurth submitted a new resource:

sBase Weather mod - The best weather mod in the universe

Based on x4fab default weather script ; so, 99% of the credits should go to him.

Tested with CSP 0.179 with default settings of WeatherFx and LightingFX.

Use the PPF included !

Currently, what works :
- Day, night, eclipses.
- Clear, Few Clouds, Scattered Clouds, Broken Cloud, Overcast Clouds, Windy, Mist and Fog.

Currently, what doesn't:
- Other weathers

PerTrack is still WIP but offers great opportunities to customize specific tracks. If a track doesn't look as you think it should...

After some tests on another monitor, I've reduced the gamma at night.
This is a small fix ; next step would be to readjust the black level...

You have to select "Modded implementation" in WeatherFX settings page.
(and "sbase" PPF in Assetto / Video / Post-Processing.

Be sure to save your WeatherFX and LightingFX settings and set the default ones before testing.

The controller shouldn't change anything.
I'm using the old one but it's a personal taste.
