SC mod

Could anyone change the amount/chance of a safety car, because I just can't get a SC out.
I tried to change it in the database but it didn't work.

Could someone make a Faster SC Mod?

It's more advanced bug than it actually looks like. I already tried it and nothing works. We need to wait for some patched files I guess.
