Schumacher 50th

The Schumacher name is back in the news, with his family breaking their silence to announce plans to celebrate his 50th birthday.
There is also talk about setting up a virtual space to view his accomplishments.

Bump, 1 year later. It's his 51st today.

It is sad that after almost six years he is still not well enough to be back out in public.
Sometimes life really isn't fair and can throw you a curve-ball.
This man spent almost all of his life in a racing car at close to...and sometimes over 200 mph and the only thing I remember prior to this, was a broken leg.
Wishing him a recovery...even if it has restrictions.

Based on the wild way he drove he is lucky to be alive. He could of easily been another Senna. Strange how his accident was sking and not in a car. The only injury i recall is when he injured his Tibia at Silverstone. Goes to show motor racing is just as dangerous as any other sport. His son Mick is on his way to F1. So we will see if Michael gave him any talent in the DNA or not.
