WTH? Anyway, why doesn't the changing the packers change the ride height in rF2 S397, F488 latest build?

My understanding of packers is they allow you to run a softer spring without the car hitting the deck. However, the car would at that point be undamped.

Shouldnt have an effect on ride height.
