Season 10, Race 3 at Nurburgring - General discussion

Remember, XD has delta times.. It's really useful for finding the quickest lines as you can see the difference to previous fastest and previous lap on every turn, updates ~1/s

In the past when we used the F1 I didn't need this feature, because I exactly knew where and what I did right or wrong.

But now with the F3000 I'm unsure where I can gain some time so I'd like to enable delta times. I just don't know how (didn't see anything in the XD.ini). Would you like to explain it?

reik in your xd ini file, set this line to.......

; Delta-time calculation to your best lap and last lap
; 0 = Disabled (default)
; 1 = To best lap only
; 2 = To last lap only
; 3 = Combine 1 and 2
ShowDeltaTime=1

and this.....

; Refresh rate (in ms) default: 250
RefreshRate=50

close, save and start the game, you should now see your delta time on the little xd motec screen, youll only see it on hotlap so dont worry if its not instantly there.



p.s if you dont have the delta line in your xd.ini then you may be using an old ini file, in which case, delete the one you have, restart the game and go on the server then close and a fresh one will be there.

Only things i can think is theres no exit light on pits so remember to check for traffic on pit exit and extra care t1 for start, one of the most difficult starts for race and if wet even more so.
