Season Pass?

When I click the DTME icon ingame, I get a message saying that if i buy the game from the site I can also get the season pass for 2014. Is this still possible? When I go to the site I dont see an option to purchase with the season pass

I dont think so, the Season Pass was only given with the DTM 2013 (Retail Version) till 31.3.2014 as far as i know.

Will we be getting any kind of discount towards the new DTME if we purchase 13? Im sure if it makes sense getting 13 if 14 is around the corner

I don't think so, it's probably better for you to wait for the 2014 version. They said they are planning to release it in November.
