Hi Soldotcreate and welcome to AC.
I think there is an issue with the template. I can't recheck it at the moment.
The alpha layer for the "DRIVER NUMBERS" in the "SLCR_WINDOW_TEMPLATE.psd" needs to be renamed.
From Alfa 1 to Alpha 1. Also all visible stuff like flags and names should be white in the alpha layer. Everything else black.
Something like that:

Less white in the alpha means more transparent.
- pure white = 0% transparency
- pure black = 100% transparency

Think I have fixed it by removing something out of the channnels , ill let you know later what i did , its working fine now ! Thanks for the welcome and help
