Wonder if someone can help? We are not able to get ETS to recognise a shifter. Just replaced a fanatec shifter with a PSL SQ one and still no joy. I did wonder if this was an issue with routing the Fanatec shifter via a podium DD2. Shifter used to work great via a CSL elite. But, on upgrading the shifter and going direct via USB into the PC we still can’t make it work.
Worth mentioning the shifter doesn’t appear in the devices on Steam settings. Also worth mentioning that the wheel, fanatec BMW GT, also isnt recognised In the game - not the buttons, paddles nor lights, whilst they used to with the CSL Elite.
finally worth mentioning that the shifter works with other steam based games: dirt rally, assetto corsa, rfactor2 and also with iRacing, so the issue does seem to be ETS. Any help appreciated!
