series championship question

let say i start a championship of the Lancer series
and race the first two races
i would like to know, where AMS saves the progress/results of my chamionship

is this a new file in my USER directory ?

Yes: if you go to your UserData/YourName folder (located either in your documents folder, or inside your AMS folder if you run the game as admin), you will see .cch files. This is where the games saves your stats for each serie (number of laps driven, number of wins, poles, etc.), and saves your championship. You can open those files with Notepad. I think the Lancers are REIZA20.cch

Note this is for the original championships; I'm not sure if this is the same if you run custom championships...
