This is a setting you'll find in player.json file and by default this is set to 0 with no way to change it except by manually edit.
It works with or without realheadmotion plugin. I use it with it and it really enhances the immersion factor for me.
It simply makes your head tilt with the steering, which is a natural thing we all do anyway.
It does show the effect when your slow or stopped, but really, this is racing.. why would you be slow or stopped?
