Set Up Layout - Newbie

Hi I'm new to Assetto Corsa and in fact sim racing on a PC,
I found a video for setting up a Audi R8 at Brands on YouTube by WJL and from 2017.

The car set up layout screens/tabs appeared totally different to the ones I have within AC.
Has this been changed since 2017 or could WJL have been using app ? to modify the screens

If so can anyone point me in the right direction ? I just felt the screens WJL was using were so much better as only a few of them and more information on one screen
