Setup Rolling Starts for MP Server in CM?

Is it possible when creating an AC Server in Content Manager to have Rolling Starts like we have in ACC? I just cannot seem to find an option setting to do this. Thanks in advance for any and all help provided.

Not possible with vanilla server. Possible with a server plugin like Real Penalty. But tbh I've never tested this option!
