PC2 Setup time difference

After months of playing simracers, I finally got the hang of creating a good setup for my car. Just wondering how much on average is the time difference between a good enough setup vs the best possible setup? This is of course considering that the driver goes through the best possible racing lines.

Depends on the car & length of the track. GT3 setups are good for 3+ seconds on the common tracks GT3 runs on. Vintage street Mustang setup will get you 0.5 seconds (fewer things to adjust) on a 90 second track.

Yeah, my awakening was during a GT3 online race when someone went by me on a straight with about a 15 mph difference... <click>, okay, I really need to decrease the drag from default!
