Setups for Cars

Hello All

I am extremely new to AC (3 days old) and I have been trying to test some setups for cars. Now there is a website (http://thesetupmarket.com) which people refer to, but I have tried registering with 2 seperate emails now, and I do not get a confirmation email that my account has been registered. And it seems like I cant download setups until I register,

Can anyone please assist or suggest alternative website.
