I was fortunate to purchase one of the second U.S. group buy batches of custom shields released by RD member Pyronius for the popular DIY SFX-100 motion system. Unfortunately, I do not see myself pursuing this project in the near future as I am going the tactile route for immersion and need to buy a shell-type seat.
The SFX-100 shield eases the task of wiring and makes the installation much cleaner overall.
I paid $27 for the SFX-100 shield with shipping; it has never been out of the box, so I will sell for USD $27 plus actual shipping cost.
I also bought a genuine Arduino Leonardo with headers for use with the SFX-100 shield. It likewise has never been out of the box except for the photo; selling for the price I paid: USD $16 plus actual shipping cost.
Location is Lee's Summit, Missouri (Kansas City suburb), so U.S. buyers only please. PayPal preferred but will consider other payment.
