Anyone else getting to a point where they find the info is really protracted and so complex it is putting you off using it?
The descriptions in the download links are complex and don't really explain it very well at all and the docs that come with the files (e.g peter's weather are like 30 pages long... the last thing I want to do after a hard day at work is read 30 pages and end up with a headache before i "play")
Thats not a criticism, it is what it is, i am just struggling to know where to start.... anyone else feel this way?
A couple of questions to begin with.
Can I get day/night transitions yet? I've tried a couple of times setting a race with like a 60x time acceleration in content manager but it never goes dark so i presume the answer is no?
How to i ensure I maximise the rain effects etc? for example when I turn on bathurst in wet conditions via Peter's clouds i get massive clipping on the smoke/rain textures where the effect intersects with the tarmac etc - but lots of screenshots i see it looks so much better than on my game....
