Shanghai Circuit is out now, FYI
How can someone disagree that i get low FPS on this track? Can you see my screen when i race? Do i notice stutters on my PC that don't exist?
Hope for an optimization of the framerate.
Nobody can tell me that Shanghai is running with 60 fps around the pit area, even with an i7 and GTX 980.
To be honest, reduce settings can't be an alternative.
But at all the track is amazing.
Cheers Sean..
It looks good and drives great. Only problem is its a killer on FPS. I get loads of stutter and about 40fps.. All the others run at 60 easy... fingers crossed for a patch / update of some kind soon...
If you have some performance problems with this track, can you please try the following modifications to the graphics options.
Preferably one after the other so you can share with us which (if any) improved the performance the most. (Please make sure you detail your computer specs.)
- Reducing car reflections to simple cubemaps on the cars
- Disabling car reflections entirely
- Reducing track textures quality to medium
