Should I get the TCR Mod pack by Tommy78?

Tommy78's TCR mod pack is a premium mod-pack containing 7 different TCR-Spec vehicles:
  • Alfa Romeo Giulietta
  • Audi RS3
  • Cupra Leon R
  • Volkswagen Golf GTi
  • Honda Civic Type R
  • Hyundai i30 N
  • Peugeot 308
I ask because it is 14 Euro for the whole pack, or 3 Euro and 50 cents for each car individually.

I very much like the pack and think the price is fair, but I cannot attest to its realism. The cars handle like I'd expect them to, but that doesn't always say much. It is however the only legit TCR pack you can get for AC.

Do they play well with single TCR mod cars from other creators like Panda Garage's Lada Vesta, or Shaun Clarke's Cupra Leon? (Yes, I know the latter is probably redundant if I'm running the Tommy78 Version; it's just that Shaun Clarke's Leons have more inherent skin support by the community.)

Absolutely, go for it. I have raced them agsinst AI with cars that give Shaun Clarke as creator. They were quite close. Shaun's cars are all alike and easier to drive so it gives an advantage if you have mixed field in multiplayer.

Yup, IMO the TCR pack from Tommy is the best. There is a free alternative pack out there that is pretty good but not as good to drive with as Tommy's which gives you better FFB through the wheel. Both packs have basic graphical cockpits so if you like VR for looking at stuff with rather than racing with....

Also fancy his DTM pack next...
