Thanks Saleem This took around 40-50 hours to finish and uses a lot of different materials including automotive mesh, leather vinyl material (on the shifter top panel and inside face), acrylic / custom artwork ribbed rubber sheet and blackboard vinyl .
The seat and main base unit are near complete. I 'just' need to address the nose section, dashboard and adjustable pedal system. I'll post some more pictures as these are finished.
Ok I got the whole frame assembled and painted yesterday. A bit different to what I planned but I wanted to pull out the rig separate if I ever wanted to use in front of the projector again.
Here's some pics of my theatre room and my pc. I built the room about 2 years ago and the pc about a year ago. The computer runs 2 saphire 7970 vapor-x 6gb graphic cards.
Thanks bud. I built the computer once I watched my mate play battlefield 3 on a high end computer with a 360 controller and it has been my choice over console ever since.
I built the home theatre room about a year after I purchased my first house. My father was a home theatre nut so it passed down to me.
Ok I think I'm finished. Apart from a new seat because this is uncomfortable. Added supports for the arms, added desk with cup holder, added hook for spare wheel, added caster wheels and added speakers.
