This is the setup I used in career mode only. Haven't tried it yet in TT , where I suspect I can get away with lower wings and longer gears.
Fastest qualifying lap was 1:32.9.
Tires - Options // Fuel - Mix 3 (rich)
I use the brake bias set to rear in about half of the corners to prevent front lock up and maintain a good entry speed.
Given the fact the Lotus has quite a lively rear end I advise caution if choosing this route.

Could someone please post a setup for Marussia (career mode)? I'm about 4 seconds behind the pace, which is pretty bad for me.
I have the same problem with Marussia bro, i think this is the car's problem, not the setup
