Sim Commander and Content Manger not working

Hello all,
Im wondering if someone can assist me. Im trying to get my buttkicker to work through content manager. i already followed the advice i found on this forum to launch content manager through Sim Commander. That works fine. but once im in game, theres no feedback what so ever and i've got no idea what im doing wrong.
The vibrations work fine when i "test" in Sim Commander and CM loads up fine with the following settings:
Name: Assetto Corsa CM
Game Plugin: Assetto Corsa Game Plugin
Game Exe: C:\users\al\downloads\content manager.exe -
Description: Assetto Corsa
Game Runs on Local PC: Checked
Parameters: empty
Wait On: content manager.exe

any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
