Sim Racing Manager

Does anybody know where the config file for this lives? I tried to uninstall this today because it got quite messy (couldn't remove games I dont want). When I installed it again from fresh, all the old game list was still there?

After reinstalling Race 07 Sim Racing Manager no longer worked so I wanted to start with a clean version as well.

The only version I can find is 1.19 in French. I can't read French, is there an English version out there?
