F1 2016 Sim Rig

Probably stupid question with real easy answer, but i cant seem to get my racing seat perfectly centered with monitor set up in front of me. Either the base is squared with tv and it feels like im sitting cockeyed, i correct and then i feel like im sitting off centered. anyone have any tricks ?
