Happy New Year Everyone!
I have been silently following this great community for a while and have got a lot of very useful information from it
I have recently set up a wind sim for my rig using SimHub/ SimDash and it is using an Arduino Uno 3 with a L298N motor controller and two high CFM fans.
Everything is running well and I am getting plenty of air flow.. but unfortunately the fans have a pretty loud buzzing sound. I was hoping that I could edit the code for the L298N motor controller to change the PWM frequency but I wouldn't know where to start. Unfortunately the L298N option in the software does not have PWN control.
I have located the L298N file within Program Files (x86)\SimHub\_Addons\Arduino\DisplayClientV2 but using notepad ++ I cannot seem to see where to change the PWM frequency.
Is anyone able to assist?
I appreciate your help.
Regards,
Nick.
