can simhub and simcommander work together?
If you are referring to using both for
"tactile immersion", then don't see why not....
I use it this way in current testing....
I have it working fine (via a mixer) with SSW using individual soundcards. I can mix (Game Audio Tactile) with one or two (Telemetry Based Tactile) sources. Personally, still prefer the sensations of some of my own custom .wav effects in SSW to what I can achieve with "tone generation" from
Shakeit or
Simvibe.

At the moment
Shakeit via
SimHub has some limitations but is certainly
very promising. Has a great number of controls of what you can do but currently limited it seems to 4 channels. It does feature a really nice real-time output for the effects and diagram to help see how some controls alter the curve in the effect you are using. Something other alternatives do not offer at all.
Each software has perhaps certain things they do better.
SSW is lacking in good engine sensations (although its max rpm effect is nice) and it combines well with the "Engine RPM & Speed" effects found in Shakeit.
Shakeit perhaps could benefit or needs controls to help determine how some effects go to specific channels. Also hopefully in future supporting more than 4 channels.
For those getting more serious about tactile, a crucial way to improve your tactile immersion is separating engine effects from others. As they are so constant in operation they can detract of the felt sensation of other effects. So it is best if possible to have specific tactile operating mainly with engine based effects. We can do this in both Simvibe with CM/EM channels or in SSW by placing effects .wav to specific channels.
I would say that Shakeit is a really good alternative to try instead of Simvibe and much better than Sim Racing Studio tactile software recently covered by sim-racing-garage YT channel.
In comparison, Simvibe if using only for tactile is very overpriced to what these newer and improving alternatives offer. Although most tactile enthusiasts, if already having tactile, will likely already own Simvibe.
