SimHUB - Generic USBD480 Display - Generic display with or withour gear indicator with native resolution for USBD480

Generic display with native resolution of the USBD480 display, the aim of the layout is to minimize the use of apps or other overlays for basic race and car info, but still possible to read at a glance.


This display has been tested with AC, rF2 and AMS.
AMS have some limitations regarding lap/timed race, pit limiter and bias/tc/abs settings.

Gap was not reported as null for car ahead if leading the race, gap was then shown as position 0 and gap 0.0 without name (it was null)

New and improved functions

- all extra functions moved to NCalcScript and JavaScriptExtensions to better re-use code in display and share between variants
- not connected screen added, will also indicate if NCalc or Java script is not installed correctly
- adaptive code for gap behind/ahead, work regardless number of car in between as long you are on leaders lap, then 4 cars limit will apply
- better code when on track and pit when data for other drivers is not valid
