SimHub - no tracks are shown

Hello and sorry if I ask a stupid question!

I´m brand new to rFactor 2 and wanted to get a lttle help by showing a trackmap from Nordschleife so I found SimHub. It seem´s to work and connected to rF2 so I can get gauges with rpm to work for example. But there is no track ever shown and the relevant window is always displayed empty.

Would be great if anybody can help me out!

Until S397 documents the DX11 screen-drawing calls, it's not currently possible for plug-ins to draw trackmaps on the screen.

dooooh... I thought with SimHub it would be possible...!

It should be possible with SimHub, yes.

I have a similar problem with SimHub, if I try to run overlays - they show up off to the side on my second screen, and even there half of them is off screen. I have to manually reposition every widget to have it show up over the game. So it might be something similar for you.

I tried out your hint. Unfortunately, it did not work. The track-window remains transparent and the white Edit-window remains with the message "Waiting for the game" while on top of the large SimHub-window "Connected" is shown.

For me, I only got Simhub to work yesterday, the TrackMap overlay from https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/rfactor-2-hud-simhub.18132/ were blank at the beginning. It took a few laps for it to show the track in it.
Looks like it's making it up as we drive along...
