Simucube 2 sport and wheel options ?

The Richmotech wheel is stand-alone and will not be recognized by the True Drive software.
The Cubecontrols wheel will be recognized by True Drive if you choose the wireless version.

I have the SC2 Sport (very happy with it).

Wired wheels and button boxes are usually just USB devices that don't care which wheelbase you are using - they are fully independent of them and depend on the OS to recognize them rather than the wheelbase.

On the other hand, there are several wireless wheels that are compatible with the SC2. Ascher Racing makes a few very nice ones that are compatible with the wireless receiver on the SC2 Sport.

The latest CubeControls models use standard BT connecting directly to PC, not SimuCube.
And another vote for Ascher.

They have different models. The earlier versions used SC1/2 wireless modules (which is also BT), but the later one switched to generic BT connecting to PC bypassing wheel base, which is IMO the good thing if you decide to switch wheelbase brand in the future.
Check FAQ here

D: Is the Bluetooth connection reliable?

A: F-PRO will pair instantly to your PC as any other Bluetooth device, bypassing the wheelbase. Input lag is close to zero. However, we recommend using a good Bluetooth Receiver adapter on your computer.
