SimuCUBE based OSW help

Hello I bought a SimuCUBE based OSW second hand. I've got it connected up and it works in Assetto Corsa but the "Simucube Configuration Tool" won't recognise it so I can't change the settings. Any ideas where to start trouble shooting it?

There is Simucube 1 section and community and staff are very helpful and friendly (usually )

Thanks they got it sorted for me, it just needed the firmware updating.
