Simucube Direct Drive settings

I use a OSW Direct Drive wheel with Simucube software. The issue that I have is when the car is stationary "pits or after spinning out" the wheel has not feedback . Only when the car starts to move forward do I get FFB effects. If someone is using the Simucube please let me know what to adjust . Thank you.
 
AC uses the DirectInput damping effect in Simucube settings. If it's too low or at zero, there is no FFB until the car is in motion.

That being said, it may be preferable to leave it at zero and deal with the lack of stationary FFB, as it seems the dampening also affects the FFB when the car is in motion, on top of the standard telemetry-based effects.
